Bottle Openers – Beach Party Collection

It is always “Beach Time” with this new collection of six bottle opener files – Includes vector files — SVG, AI, DXF, EPS & PDF files for use with a CNC router.

Now including the original Vectric CRV files including toolpaths and job setup sheet (html).

Make use of that exotic scrap. Make for yourself, friends or to sell. Quick and easy with only one bit needed 1/4″ or 1/8″ (except for the turtle w/shell accent). Batch out these bottle openers in your favorite wood or wood/epoxy combo. Files are sized for a standard 40mm diameter / 1.8mm thick metal bottle opener. Finish with a 1/8″ round over for the perfect bottle opener. Works best with 1/2″-5/8″ thick wood for a closed back or down to about 1/4″-3/8″ for an open back.

These files will work with most all tools capable of reading the format, including Vectric, Carbide Create, Fusion 360, Easel, etc. These files can be modified as needed to meet your use.

Starfish – 3.7″ x 4″
Shark – 5.12″ x 2.66″
Sea Turtles – 3.3″ x 3.3″

Upon purchase a zip file containing all the files will be available for immediate download. Because this is a digital download, we do not accept returns. However, if you have any questions or issues with the file or have a design which you would like made, please let us know.

Feel free to make these trays for your family & friends or to sell at craft fairs. Modification of the files (software) for resale is not allowed.
