Overall Dimensions: 8" x 8" - 6" suits are centered on the template and are six inches tall. The smaller suits in the full set single template are each 2.8" tall and each have a centering mark. 11.25" x 11.25" - 9.5" suits are centered and nine and 1/2 inches tall.
Laser cut template on 1/4" (6mm) clear acrylic. Both the positive and negative of the suits are included to rout inside or outside. For use in tracing a pattern or with a flush trim router bit.
No more tracing and trying to follow a line freehand, these templates make routing patterns much simpler. Templates include tick lines on the side (quarter, half and inch) as well as a centering mark on the insert.
For best results, trace the outline first, then cut with a 0.25" template or pattern bit. Some clean up in the tight spaces may be required. Large templates will work well with inlay bushing sets.
