Laser cut template on 1/4" (6mm) clear acrylic. Each shape can be routed on the inside or outside. For use in tracing a pattern or with a flush trim router bit.
No more tracing and trying to follow a line freehand, these templates make routing patterns much simpler. Templates include tick lines on the side (quarter, half and inch) as well as a centering mark on the insert.
Diameter is based from twice the radius of center to the flat side of the square, pentagon and hexagon.
For best results, trace the outline first, then cut with a 0.25" or 0.375 template bit. Some cleanup in the corners will be required.
