These templates are 1/4" thick cast acrylic and are each in two parts for easier use. First use the inside template to route out the tray, then the outside template to shape the outside and handle. All templates come with vertical and horizontal guide lines to make lining up the templates as simple as possible. Outside edges are approximately 0.3" wide.
